Customer health score

Definition

A customer health score is a single number summarising how likely an account is to renew, derived from their recent behaviour.

The score is only as good as the inputs. A health score built from product usage alone will miss a customer who uses the product heavily and is furious with support. The useful ones combine usage, support, payment and relationship signals.
