- Renewal dates are tracked by whoever remembers.

- Generated from the record, so the names, terms and dates match by construction.
- Signed in product, with the executed document on the account.
- Renewals are records, arriving with the account’s recent behaviour attached.

Do we still need DocuSign?
Not for contracts generated from your own customer records. E-signature is included from the Scale tier at no additional cost.
Are the signatures legally valid?
Electronic signatures are recognised under eIDAS in the EU and the Electronic Communications Act in the UK, and Version X keeps the audit trail with the executed document.
