Sales, without asking three people what happened.

Version X gives a sales team one timeline per company: deals, tickets, invoices, contracts and meetings on the same record. Contracts generate from the deal that produced them, and Ori flags accounts going quiet before the renewal rather than after it.

Today

  • The account looks healthy in the CRM and has three open tickets you cannot see.
  • Every proposal is retyped from the opportunity into a document tool.
  • Renewal dates live in somebody’s calendar.
  • Handover between reps loses whatever was not written down.

On Version X

  • One timeline per company, including the support and finance history.
  • Contracts generated from the deal record and signed in product.
  • Renewal dates are records, so they arrive with context attached.
  • Ownership and commitments sit on the account, so handover survives.

Questions.

Does Version X replace our CRM?

Yes. The CRM is included from the Launch tier at €499 a month for five seats, and your existing data is migrated by Ori rather than by a paid implementation engagement.

Can I see support and billing history on an account?

Yes, and not through an integration. Tickets and invoices are records on the same customer, so they appear on the account timeline by default.
