Contracts generated from the CRM, signed in product.

Version X legal generates contracts from the customer and deal records that produced them, sends them for signature in product, and tracks renewal dates against the same account. Available from the Scale tier.

Nothing retyped

The contract is generated from the record, so the name, the terms and the dates cannot disagree with the CRM.

Signed without leaving

Signature happens in product, and the executed document lands on the account rather than in an inbox.

Renewals that announce themselves

The renewal date is a record, so it shows up alongside the account’s support and payment behaviour rather than in a calendar reminder.

What Ori does here

Ori knows when a renewal falls due and what has happened on the account since the contract was signed, which is the context that decides whether a renewal is routine or at risk.

Questions about legal.

Do I still need DocuSign?

No, for contracts generated from your own customer records. E-signature is included from the Scale tier at no additional cost.

Which tier includes Legal?

Scale and Suite. Contract generation is one of the capabilities a five-person, pre-process team is unlikely to need yet, which is why it is absent from Launch.

Are signatures legally valid?

Electronic signatures are recognised under eIDAS in the EU and the Electronic Communications Act in the UK. Version X records the audit trail alongside the executed document.
