HubSpot Enterprise Customer Platform works out around $614 per seat per month, plus a mandatory onboarding fee of $1,500 to $7,000 that does not appear on its pricing page. Version X is €499 a month for five seats with no onboarding fee. HubSpot is the better choice if marketing automation is the centre of your business.
HubSpot figures are their own published list prices, verified September 2026.

Where HubSpot is the better choice.
Stated first, and stated plainly, because you will find this out anyway and it is cheaper for both of us if you find it out now.
Marketing automation is better, and it is not close
Campaigns, landing pages, lead nurturing, attribution reporting. If marketing automation is the engine of your business, HubSpot does something Version X does not attempt. We do not have a marketing module and are not pretending otherwise.
The free tier is real
HubSpot’s free CRM is genuinely usable and a reasonable place to start if you are pre-revenue. Version X gives you fourteen days, extendable to twenty-eight, and then asks you to pay.
Integration library and partner network
HubSpot’s marketplace and its agency partner network are far larger than ours. If you want an agency to run it for you, you will find one more easily.
Where Version X is the better choice.
No onboarding fee, which is the buried number
HubSpot requires $1,500 to $7,000 of onboarding at Pro tier and above, billed once in year one, and it is not on the pricing page. Version X charges nothing, because migration is done by Ori rather than by a services team.
Finance, legal and people are included
HubSpot does not offer invoicing, reconciliation, HR records or contract generation at any price. Those are three more vendors on your stack, each billing per seat.
One database rather than five hubs
HubSpot’s hubs share a CRM, which is genuinely better than five separate tools. Version X goes further: the invoice, the contract and the employment record are the same records, not integrated ones.
More than the pricing page shows. HubSpot Enterprise Customer Platform is roughly $4,300 a month for seven seats, about $614 per seat, and Pro tier and above carry a mandatory onboarding fee of $1,500 to $7,000 billed once in year one that the pricing page does not list.
Is Version X a HubSpot alternative?
For CRM, support, quoting and customer operations, yes. For marketing automation, no: Version X has no marketing module. If campaigns and lead nurturing are central to how you sell, HubSpot does something we do not.
Can I migrate from HubSpot to Version X?
Yes. Ori maps your HubSpot objects and properties onto the Version X schema and proposes the mapping for your approval rather than handing you an import form. Guided migration is included from the Scale tier.
