One timeline per company
Every email, call, ticket, invoice and contract against a company sits on one timeline. Not synced between systems, and not reconciled nightly: the same records, because there is one database.
Version X CRM holds contacts, companies and deals on one timeline, in the same database as your support tickets, invoices and contracts. It is included from the Launch tier at €499 a month for five seats, with no separate CRM licence.
Every email, call, ticket, invoice and contract against a company sits on one timeline. Not synced between systems, and not reconciled nightly: the same records, because there is one database.
A deal that closes generates its contract from the CRM record and sends it for signature in product. Nothing is retyped, so nothing disagrees.
Ownership, history and open commitments are on the record itself, which is what makes handover between people survivable.
What Ori does here
Ori reads the account alongside its tickets, invoices and meetings, so a deal that is quietly going wrong is visible before the renewal date rather than after it.
Yes. Ori connects to your existing CRM or spreadsheet and proposes a field-by-field mapping onto the Version X schema for you to approve or adjust. Guided migration is included from the Scale tier; Launch uses self-serve import, which suits the lighter data a five-person team carries.
Salesforce Enterprise is $175 per seat per month for CRM alone, on an annual contract. Version X includes the CRM alongside eight other modules for one price, billed monthly if you prefer, with no implementation fee.
Every tier. The CRM is available from Launch upward at no additional cost.
