See your migration before you commit to one.
Paste the header row from any CRM export. This maps those columns onto a modern schema and, more usefully, tells you which ones no software should decide on its own.
Questions
How do I migrate data from one CRM to another?
Export the source data, map each column onto a field in the destination schema, resolve the ambiguous columns by hand, then import and check a sample. The mapping step is the one that takes the time and the one that implementation fees mostly pay for.
Why does it leave some columns unmatched?
Because guessing quietly is how migrations go wrong. A column called Custom_Field_7 could be anything, and software that fills it in with a best effort produces data nobody can trust later. Those rows are surfaced as decisions rather than hidden.
Is my data uploaded?
No. Only paste the header row, not the rows beneath it, and even that never leaves your browser. The matching runs entirely client side.
Does this do the actual migration?
No, it is a preview of the mapping step. In Version X, Architect does this against your real export, proposes the full mapping for your admin to approve or adjust, and commits nothing until it is confirmed. Guided migration is included from the Scale tier.
