Can Version X run in our own cloud?
On the Custom tier, yes: dedicated or self-hosted infrastructure rather than shared multi-tenant. It is quoted per engagement against seat count, infrastructure choice and integration scope.
Are you ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certified?
Not yet. Both are a stated roadmap goal rather than current certifications, and we would rather be precise about that than imply otherwise. Suite includes single sign-on, role tiers and unlimited audit log retention today.
