Version X costs €499 a month for five seats, €899 for ten and €2,000 for thirty. Every tier includes the modules listed below and Ori, your AI chief of staff. There is no onboarding fee at any tier, and billing is monthly or annual with no annual contract required.

Version X starts at €499 per month for five seats on Launch, €899 for ten seats on Scale, and €2,000 for thirty seats on Suite. All prices exclude VAT and include every module in that tier, with no onboarding fee at any tier.
A seat is one person with a login. Launch includes five and has no add-on seats: past five people, the next step is Scale. Scale and Suite add seats at €99 per seat per month beyond their included count.
Because five would stop being a real limit. Launch works out at €99.80 per seat, so an add-on seat at €99 would cost almost exactly the same as the tier itself, and the ceiling would blur into a slowly escalating bill. Making five a hard edge gives a team that outgrows it one unambiguous next step.
At least 20%. Launch is €399 per month billed annually rather than €499, which saves €1,200 a year. Scale is €719 and saves €2,160. Suite is €1,600 and saves €4,800. Billing is monthly or annual only.
Yes. Fourteen days with no card required, extendable by a further fourteen. You can import real data and run your business in it during the trial rather than looking at a sandbox.
No. Migration from your existing CRM or spreadsheets is done by Ori and included from Scale upward. A fully managed migration, where our team runs it rather than guiding you, is a separate service starting at €5,000.
You can export it. Version X keeps your records in one database rather than nine, which is also what makes a complete export possible in the first place.
Euro. The pricing page can display approximate US dollar and pound sterling figures for comparison, but every invoice, subscription and refund is processed in EUR.
Every tier includes an allowance of AI actions, with usage beyond it metered at one rate across all tiers, so moving up a tier is never the only way to get more headroom. The included allowances are being set against real usage data and are not published yet.
