## What it is

Version X replaces the separate CRM, support desk, finance, legal, people,
projects and meetings tools a company of 5 to 100 people typically runs, with
one platform on a single database. Ori, an AI chief of staff, reads across all
of those records and acts on what it finds.

The argument is not that it is cheaper per seat. It is that there is one number
to compare for the whole business rather than five.

## Pricing

- Launch: €499/month, 5 seats included, no additional seats.
- Scale: €899/month, 10 seats included, then €99 per seat.
- Suite: €2,000/month, 30 seats included, then €99 per seat.
- Custom: quoted, for funded companies needing dedicated or self-hosted infrastructure.

Annual billing saves at least 20%: €399, €719 and €1,600 per month
respectively, billed annually. Monthly or annual only. No onboarding fee at any
tier, which is the main difference from HubSpot, whose onboarding fee is
mandatory at Pro and above.

Free trial: 14 days with no card required, extendable by a further
14 days.
