MRR
Definition
MRR, or monthly recurring revenue, is the predictable subscription revenue a business earns each month, normalised to a monthly figure.
Annual contracts are divided by twelve rather than counted in the month they are billed. One-off fees, including implementation and onboarding charges, are excluded, which is precisely why they are easy to forget when comparing vendors.
